The first theme of Jesus’ “red letters” printed throughout scripture is the call to follow. And not simply to walk the physical path behind but to abandon the selfish ways and desires of our own hearts; to truly lay down our wants and put God above all else. When He is at the center is when we can live in greater peace, love and joy.
