Do I need experience to serve?

Not for every role. Some teams involve specialized skills, while others are great places to learn as you go. We'll help you explore what's a good match.

Do I need to commit every Sunday?

Serving needs and schedules vary by ministry. Let us know what capacity you have-we're glad to start there.

What if I don't know my gifts?

That's a great reason to get connected! Conversations, trying something new, and learning alongside others can help you discover them.

Can I serve if I'm new to One Church?

We'd love to get to know you. Some roles include a conversation, training, or additional screening before you begin-especially roles with children or students.

Are there ways to serve outside of Sunday?

Absolutely. Building care, outreach, missions, and some behind-the-scenes opportunities can happen during the week or at special events.
