Meet the Staff

Each one of us is on a unique journey. As we age we learn and grow the best that we can. But beyond personal growth, you also have the opportunity to grow as a leader—among your family, friends, at your job and beyond.

Rick Rouse

My life’s purpose has been dedicated to serving others and spreading the message of Jesus Christ. I dedicated my life to Jesus at the age of 16 in Endicott, NY. After high school I attended Eastern Nazarene College where I obtained a bachelor’s degree in social work. Guided by my passion for helping teenagers, I worked tirelessly to make a positive impact on their lives through my work.

We moved to New Paltz, NY I discovered the next stage of my purpose to serve teenagers within the church. What started as a small group of three grew into a thriving community of 25, igniting my desire to discern God’s plan for my future. My wife and two kids moved to Kansas City where I attended seminary, we didn’t have much but I had an unwavering faith to believe that God was doing a good work in me.

After seminary I was directed to Buffalo where many Nazerene churches were being planted and I spent 17 years planting a new church from scratch. I received an invitation to serve as pastor from the Free Methodist Church, and while I was hoping I would be called to a church in St. Petersburg, FL to do beach-to-beach evangelism LOL! But felt God directing us to lead an established church in Akron, NY! I arrived here the Sunday after the events of 9/11, and through God’s grace, I was able to guide this church through healing and growth. Over my 20+ years here, we have been blessed to be a part of planting more than 5 churches in the WNY area.

Beyond my ministry, I am fortunate to have shared a lifelong journey with my high school sweetheart, Pam. Together, we have raised two incredible children, Siobohn and Mark. I am grateful for all the moments I get to spend with my family, and one of our favorite activities is playing pickle ball together. Setting up our very own pickleball net in the driveway has become a source of joy and connection for us. I am as committed as the day I began my journey to lead with humility and have an unwavering dedication to God’s work. I strive to be a guiding light, inspiring others to follow Jesus.

My calling and passion is to point others to Jesus through leading and preaching. When I'm not at work, I'm likely on a date with my gorgeous wife Danielle, hanging with my daughters (#girldad), on the golf course, going for a long bike ride, or riding around town in a Jeep with the doors off.

I am passionate about people discovering the personal relationship available to them in Jesus and the beautiful adventure that comes when you walk faith out with Him. I have been married over 10 years to my amazing husband Wes and we have four sons who keep our life busy, chaotic and fun. I am a lover of travel and experiencing new places, baking, music and anything that gives me a good adrenaline rush!

I love worshiping our Creator through music with people! When I’m not playing the guitar or at work, I’m probably hanging out with my wife Gaby and our Australian shepherd Fin. We love checking out new restaurants, going for walks, and being with our friends and family. Outside of worship music, I love blues, jazz, rock and everything in between. If you can sing, play an instrument, or if you’re good with audio and production, feel free to reach out to me!

My love and passion is for lost souls. I desire to see men, women, and children saved and on fire for God. I want to see them burn after the heart of the Father, to be radically transformed and set free by the love of Jesus Christ, and to be empowered by the authority of the Holy Spirit. I’ve been married to the love of my life, Karie Cantrell, for more than a decade. We have four boys that we absolutely adore. I love hunting, fishing, and collecting Native American artifacts.

I love helping children of all ages learn about who God is, how much He loves them and that He wants to be their friend forever. My husband and I have been married for over 20 years and have four children. I consider my role as “Mom” to be my greatest privilege and calling. Most of my free time is spent going to whatever activity my children are involved in  and supporting them from the sidelines. I would love to connect with you and have you join me to be on mission helping children discover how great our God is!

I love all things family, my husband George and I have been married for 25+ years, we have 2 grown sons, Aaron and Josh. We are a Disney and Bills loving family. I have always enjoyed being a spectator of anything George and the boys are/were involved in. I love to bake, cook and garden and don’t mind sharing the goodies from all 3 of those. I am most definitely "the right way" and "the easy way." Doing things by the rules and being organized is so me!

Hineni, is a Hebrew word that means "Here am I, send me" and that's been the cry of my heart as I've followed Jesus. To say "yes" to wherever He sends me and whatever He asks me to do. He's led me and my wife of more than 11 years to do wonderful things for His Kingdom. One of those is being foster and adoptive parents. We have one son that we adopted in 2023 and have opened our home to foster many more children. My heart is to lead people of any age to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and to equip them to share that with their friends and whoever they come into contact with. My wife and I love traveling, trying new restaurants and simply spending time with friends and family.

My heart is for young people to truly know and follow hard after Jesus! I love their energy and how they keep me feeling young! When I’m not hanging out with youth, I’m easily found with my children. My husband and I have been married 10+ years, we have 4 beautiful children that I homeschool, and a small little farm that all keep us busy! If you love to see young people come to Jesus and grow in their relationship with him, come connect with me.

Stephanie Paquin

spaquin@onechurchny.com
My passion in life is to serve others and help people grow in any way that I am able! I love working alongside people to develop their skills in whatever areas they are passionate about, specializing at One Church in all things tech! I strive to help others find a place they feel they can fit in and serve for the glory of God. Outside of church I love all things crafting, baking, diy-ing, and spending time with my friends and family. If you’ve ever had an interest in anything tech and IT, have wondered about anything sound, lighting, or video, or have a passion for troubleshooting random things on a regular basis, come find me on a Sunday (most likely wearing black, cause ya know, tech) and let’s chat!

PRODUCTION DIRECTOR,
MEDINA

Caleb Cudzilo

ccudzilo@onechurchny.com
I am a full time college student and started out helping the tech team for One Church in 2020. Outside of the Church, I love to hang out with friends, learn about the human body, go to the gym, and play football in my down time. One of my biggest passions in life is connecting with people wherever I am and helping point them to Jesus by doing what I love. I am super extroverted and love meeting new people and hearing their stories. If you are interested in serving or learning more about anything tech related do not hesitate to reach out to me and we can talk!
